This comfortable fully equipped cottage sleeps up to eight guests and comprises two bedrooms (one is en-suite), two loft rooms, two bathrooms, a large open kitchen and living area. The upstairs wooden loft rooms each features two single beds. All rooms and the open plan kitchen/living area are air-conditioned. The living area has a television with full DStv. Guests can relax in the splash pool on warm summer days or enjoy a braai in the covered lapa area or sit around the open boma fireplace. There are short meandering pathways on the property, which allow the bird and nature lovers to stroll away and enjoy the surroundings. There are no fences between the properties and wildlife roam freely. Giraffe, zebra, kudu, wildebeest, impala, warthog, baboon and vervet monkeys, as well as other small game, birds and reptiles can all be spotted. Many of these animals will visit you frequently.

Directions: Taking the N4 from Johannesburg to Komatipoort, the Marloth Park turnoff is marked by a sign 19km past Malelane. This is a dirt road and not recommended. Rather take the second turnoff around 5km further, marked Ten Bosch, as this is a tar road that leads to the Marloth Park gate. You enter the Park driving in Olifant Street. Continue with Olifant Street till you find Erdvark Street on your left. Ex Deo Cottage is the first entrance, clearly marked, on your left.

The unit price include the first 4 guests. Additional guests are charged R200pppn. Special rates apply to children from 3-12 years. Only R100pppn additional.
The Ex Deo Erdvark Cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
